However, we ask you to keep in mind that sometimes issues occur not because of device malfunction. There might be situations when it doesn’t depend on us and our products.

For example, servers that exchange the data and GPS localisation depend on internet availability, communications depend on cellular availability and signal force, GPS tracking depends on GPS signal availability and force, Wi-Fi tracking and barriers depends on Wi-Fi hotspot presence, etc. Never use a fixed low cost mobile plan ! You have to be sure that your plan allows for a call and SMS/data when needed ! If one of these don’t work well, then the device won’t function !

It’s up to you to choose a good plan, check availability of services in your area and where you usually go, we can’t do that for you.

Good battery usage is essential to have a device that works in case of emergency ! Please choose options accordingly and even if autonomy should be at least two days, we advice an everyday charge.

Program the device in the smartphone as wisely as possible. If you don’t program the numbers to call, nobody is going to be called ! Choose the right persons to call, available, that can really help you.We can help with configuration of the device. You can send us your SIM card and all details asked, we will configure everything so you can use the device on reception.

Other settings and extra functionalities should be set as per need.

This solution is to assist families and caregivers, not a substitution !  Everything should be done to secure the environment.

Keep in mind that this is not a classic medical alert device! There is no operator and no call desk in the other side. This solution will contact your family or caregivers that you program in the app. They receive the alerts and choose the best option for you : reassure you, come and help you or call for rescue !  Between us, that’s what will do an operator, nothing more ! But your family or caregiver are there and not thousands of Km away, knows you better, your medical file, and all the details on how to come to you if there is a need for rescue; that gains a lot of time in case of emergency.
